In this session, Cory Teubner will demonstrate the tools we've used to measure the impact of PDX courses on students retention and GPA among the 400-odd students who took the class in the fall and discuss preliminary results. In addition, the PDX Development Team will discuss changes made to accommodate student and instructor feedback for the spring, and to unveil preliminary versions of PDX 2.0, a deeper update that will go into effect in Fall 2019. This session will be of interest to PDX instructors, of course, but also of general interest to faculty members curious about this student-success initiative, one of the signature features of Butler's Pathways redesign.
